  1. Interest Rates are low;
  2. Continued Job Creation Gains;
  3. Businesses Raising Employee Compensation;
  4. Down Payments as low as 3%;
  5. Millennials Starting to Establish Households and Purchase Homes; and
  6. Decreasing Gas Prices.
