San Diego Ranks Number 8 in Top 20 HOT Real Estate Markets for July 2015

San Diego Ranks Number 8 out of 20 in Rapid Growth Real Estate Markets in the U.S.

Sizzling Real Estate Market in The Hot Summer Months.

In most U.S. real estate markets, the Spring and Summertime are the best times to sell a home.  That is the time when Buyers are out, with their agents, searching for their next new home.

Overall, the housing market remains strong across the nation with slowing, yet steady, price appreciation for most areas.  Some local real estate markets are seeing very strong demand, and thus experience greater increases in prices.

San Diego Ranks Number 8 in the Nation.

With its mild year-round sunny weather, its diverse and growing economy and its HUGE overall appeal, San Diego consistently maintains a top position.  This year is no exception.  Not just people from the United States, but buyers from all parts of the world are coming to San Diego to purchase a little bit of paradise.  Many want to move to San Diego and a growing number wish to own a vacation home here.

Prices continue to rise at a faster rate than for the rest of the country and properties in San Diego tend to sell much quicker than homes in other cities.  Homes are viewed about 3 times more frequently than the national average.

While inventory has also steadily increased, the demand for housing in these top markets, including San Diego, is sharply outpaced by the supply.  This has an upward impact on home prices.

This trend is not expected to change.
